[Bug 409044] [NEW] kcertpart displays incorrect subject and issuer information

Whenever I display a cert in konqueror using the kcertpart, it displays
completely erroneous information for the subject and issuer.

It always says that both the subject and the issuer are for a
(fictional, I assume) Canadian company, as shown on the attached
screenshot.
