[Bug 393749] [NEW] Kubuntu 9.04 network manager widget causes crash on first installation

Kubuntu Jaunty - on every fresh install  while setting up wifi, with
network management widget, after adding WPA2 key to dialogue and
storing, and allowing wallet, plasmoid crashes and does not connect,
though on reboot network widget seems to work perfectly with no user
inteeraction, except inputting password for wallet.
