[Bug 524479] [NEW] ktimetracker starts with timers running

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

Often when I start ktimetracker, a selection of tasks have their timers
already running. What is particularly annoying is that the system tray
icon is not animated, so it often takes me a while to notice.

This may be related to Bug #288945, which appeared to occur only on
upgrade from karm. It seems now that this is a more general bug, as the
upgrade was a long time ago, but I still suffer from this problem.
