[Bug 524466] [NEW] konsole tab names are lost randomly

Public bug reported:

I extensively use konsole with several open tabs, thus I am used to name then in order to quickly navigate between them.
In KDE 3 that always worked fine and also was correctly restored after reboots.
In KDE 4 konsole however my tab names seem to get lost after a while, and replaced by:
- first and 3rd tab: "<working directory> : bash" (was "build" and "svn")
- second tab: ": bash" (was "minicom")
- 4th tab: "40" (the only one still having the name I gave it)
- 5th and 6th tab:  "<username> : bash" (not sure about old name)
- 7th and 8th tab: "\t : bash" (was "vlc" and maybe "root", not sure)

This is a few days old installation, the only configuration change in
konsole is that history contains 50.000 lines.
