[Bug 524016] [NEW] kmail in kde 4.4 send is delayed to long

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

In the updated KDE 4.4, the send of emails hangs for 30 sec and then sends, freezing the Kontakt.
This happens after the upgraded to 4.4 and must be a new bug.

I use a intel quad system with Kubuntu Karmic through a high sped dsl
connection.

This problem did not exist before the upgrade to 4.4
