Sorry for my bad english

I dont know and i am thinking that it is no reproductible. i am learner in the use of Ubuntu. i was trying to use Rosegarden and there was a problem with the sound of the computer with the programm Jack
so i triied to install another program, i dont remember its name. while the download time there was no problem. but at the install time there was an error popup. i do not remember the exact terms. i closed it.
i wanted to run the choice of install program in the ubuntu menu to keep out the Jack device and at this moment it was very long to run. so i was thinking that i had not click. it was impossible to reopen the ubuntu menu.
i shutdown the computer by switch off
