[Bug 516256] [NEW] Failsafe session doesn't work

If I select the "Failsafe" session in KDM and try to login, it fails,
and I'm back in KDM after a second. This kind of defeats the whole point
of having a "failsafe" session.

I'm using Kubuntu 9.10.
