Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebase
On a website of the German Parliament, there is an image where colors seem to be mixed up in a weird way (but in particular not just inverted), cf. attachment (left: firefox, right: konqueror).
This isn't the first time that I've come across this issue, although it happens only in extremely rare cases. I guess that the bug might not be in konqueror itself, but in some library processing this image that's maybe mis-interpreting some color profile stuff etc.
