[Bug 692852] [NEW] Resizing of plasma desktop applets reset after logout/re-login

Public bug reported:

Any resizing done to my desktop widgets (facebook (fixed for real) and plasma-pyweather) will be gone on log out.
It seems to be the bug confirmed/fixed at 
          https:bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=241341
But running the Kpackagekit updates doesn't fix this.
