Thanks for the bug report. In order to confirm, could you please give us
both the original English message and the expected translation?

The link to the string in Launchpad leads me to:

New Filter %1
מסנן חדש %1

Which is exactly the same translation as in the file in KDE trunk:

msgid "New Filter %1"
msgstr "מסנן חדש %1"
