[Bug 572297] [NEW] grafic bug with web-link in kde-programs Lucid

It is when KMS in kernel is turn off.  When I dodge text in help-->about
KDE I see that grafic bug. When KMS is on --> no bug.

Psi also responds similarly. This bug was still in Kubuntu 9.10
