[Bug 570205] [NEW] Akonadi Knut debugging agent shouldn't be installer per default

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim-runtime

Akonadi has this agent called Knut which is described as "An agent for
debugging purposes". Whatever it is, it adds even more noise to the
already confusing Add Address Book dialog and 99.9% of the users will
probably never use it.

It should not be installed as part of the kdepim-runtime package per
default but moved to a separate package or removed altogether. The
following files seem to belong to this resource:

/usr/share/akonadi/agents/knutresource.desktop
/usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi_knut_resource/
/usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi_knut_resource/knut-template.xml
/usr/bin/akonadi_knut_resource
