Same problem with Kontact 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu3 on my system

I think that the problem is near kmail configuration, because in kmail settings > Misc > Groupware I see:
"Depreacated Kolab1 (iCal/vCard)"
And I can select the imap folder for "Resource folders are subfolders of", but when I selecting - nothing happens within folder.

If I select "Kolab2 (XML)", the select list "Resource folders are
subfolders of" becomes empty and I can't select or type something in it.
