[Bug 560539] [NEW] netbook doesn't return from suspend

Using Kubuntu netbook 10.4 beta2 on HP mini 5102, when left unattended,
the screen goes blank.  If it is only off for a short time, it returns
ok, but sometimes not after a longer period.  The screen backlight comes
on, but the screen stays blank black.  System doesn't seem to respond to
any keystrokes.

(Also, ubuntu-bug reports there is no package named powerdevil.)
