Same with the last Amarok update.

Workaround:
manually edit
~/.kde/share/config/amarokrc
and add:
[Service_LastFm]
fetchSimilar=true
ignoreWallet=yes
password=YOURPASSWORD
scrobble=true
username=YOURUSERNAME
