I'm having a problem where the folderview applet will not be resized or
repositioned. Each time, I do that it jumps back to previous position.
While looking at the config files, I observed the ".kde/share/config
/plasma-desktoprc" file.

If one removes the first section, then everything works perfectly. This is on a default, stock install of Kubuntu 10.04 (daily build 9 April)
