Its not just ipod, each of those media device plugins drags in at least
one lib, and this lib mostly some others. That is easily a couple of
MiBs on the live cd.

Also, the not-having-it-default is optional, we could have those plugins
as recommends, so users can, if they choose to, remove the ipod plugin
and thus gtk.
