[Bug 553862] [NEW] First access to system-config-printer-kde kcm shows server setup

Binary package hint: kdeadmin

At first access of the kcm, it shows the server tab instead of the new
printer tab. Which is not only confusing but might also frighten users,
since server is a bit a of a strong word ;)
