[Bug 553541] [NEW] Recent KDE package updates made plasma desktop bar vanish

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Until I updated the KDE packages today (via aptitude full-upgrade), I had a plasma desktop bar (the bar where you can put plasmoids into, and usually have a folder list, systray, etc) at the top of my screen in auto-hide mode.
Now the bar seems gone, at least it is not activated when I move my cursor to the top of the screen.
