[Bug 553478] [NEW] systemsettings wasting space in kickoff

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

In stock lucid installation in the default menu tree there is an entry
for systemsettings. Additionally this causes that the Settings category
shows up, which in consequence only contains systemsettings.

There should be a long term (==upstream) solution so that systemsettings
does not waste space in kickoff.
