[Bug 439431] [NEW] Firefox Browser Installer must be removed after it's installed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-firefox-installer

I think that the kubuntu-firefox-installer icon must be removed after
it's installed or moved in System (or other section), because after
installing can muddle the user and to have little consistency.

My idea, but is IMHO, is move the icon-installer to System section and
link it in My Favorites (or always in Internet). After Firerefox is benn
installed remove the icon from My Favorites (or Internet) but leaves in
System.
