[Bug 435275] Re: Arora 0.9 Adblock Patch missing

As per the changelog, this patch was removed on request of upstream as
there are issues with it. The next release of Arora will include a newly
re-worked AdBlock that is properly integrated and well tested.

AdBlock patch will not be add back to this version. Hopefully there will
be a new release just after Karmic Beta that will be uploaded.
