[Bug 433524] [NEW] Launching Akregator Induces High Disk Activity

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: akregator

Once launched, perpetual high disk activity causes the system to become
unresponsive, and a hard reboot is necessary to reset the system.

The previous version did not cause the same problem.
