Following text is displayed in Systemsettings --> Printers:

The service 'Printer Configuration' does not provide an interface
'KCModule' with keyword 'system-config-printer-kde/system-config-
printer-kde.py'The factory does not support creating components of the
specified type.

Package: system-config-printer-kde
Version: 4:4.3.1-0ubuntu1

Problem is in file: /usr/share/kde4/apps/system-config-printer-kde
/system-config-printer-kde.py

Fix: change line 223 from:
special_choice=_("Automatic rotation")),
to:
special_choice=("Automatic rotation")),
