[Bug 430666] [NEW] Kile ViewPDF doesn't offer system PDF viewer

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

Kile doesn't offer to use xdg-open for viewing PDF files. This is
annoying because I configured my system to use a certain PDF Viewer and
Kile simply doesn't offer to respect that.

I expected it to at least offer to respect a freedekstoply configured
application.

So in the end, I expect it to run xdg-open on the PDF file, which I will
configure manually now.
