[Bug 430660] [NEW] KPDF doesn't reload changed file

Binary package hint: kpdf

When developing PDF files in Kile, the produced PDF changes rather often.
KPDF, however, doesn't reload the changed file which is pretty annoying since I have to close KPDF and reopen it again.

I expected it to reload the once it has changed as Evince does. Maybe
asking me whether I want to reload the file since it has changed would
be nice (that is Kiles default behaviour).

Nota Bene: I can't manually reload, too. So adding a Menuitem "Reload
File" and shortcutting it with F5 or Ctrl+R would be a good start.
