[Bug 428022] [NEW] not going back online once offline

Binary package hint: kopete-facebook

This might or might not be related to bug 428017 which is about the
plugin not showing that it is offline.

Once the account was switched offline it will not go online again when
users chooses online from the status options. As a matter of fact it
will switch to any status anymore.
