[Bug 426460] [NEW] Network Connections dialog bugs

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Karmic alpha5 release. Default settings.

Using the 'Wired network connection' icon in the notification area: left-clicking leads to VPN Connections -> Configure VPN...
This opens a 'Network Connections' dialog, on the VPN tab, with all buttons (Add, Edit, Delete, Import, Export) greyed out. Can't do anything there.

The dialog also has a weird UI glitch. The empty area under the VPN tab
where presumably a list can be shown (list header: Name and Last Used)
can be selected. The area turns orange (standard theme) as a result.
Clicking the tab header 'VPN' switches the selection to the tab header
itself, which then turns orange. The empty list area turns white again.
Switching to the 'DSL' tab and selecting the button 'Add' (by 'dragging'
it, i.e. holding down the mouse button on it and moving the mouse off
the button and then releasing it), and then returning to the VPN tab
causes the list area to be selected again; that is, orange. This is
confusing UI behaviour IMO.

** Affects: knetworkmanager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
