Thanks Serhiy, it worked too with Slackware 13, but with a few changes:

1 - The pearl scripts are in /usr/share/apps/knetworkconf/backends

The path to be changed is the same :
/usr/share/apps/knetworkconf/backends

2 - Some files has too the field $FILESDIR = "";

it should be replaced by : $FILESDIR = "@filesdir@";

3 - For kcm_knetworkconfmodule.desktop

the field X-DocPath should remain unchanged.

After this little modifications, the module ups well, but it couldn't
detect my network devices....

Does somebody have any clue for me??
