[Bug 425849] [NEW] After upgrade to 4.3.1 lots of plasmoids stopped working

Public bug reported:

In jaunty, after upgrade to KDE 4.3.1, several plasmoids either do not
work (a message "This object couldn't be created for the following
reason: ..." appears in a frame; e.g. CpuFreqDisplay) either are empty
and don't allow to configure them properly (CPU load, Network load,
memory load plasmoids are the examples; in their configuration there's
an empty list of CPUs, network adapters, temperature sensors etc. )
