These button were patches specific to Kubuntu, which most likely got
dropped in whatever update you got (certainly not a supported update
eitherway). Thus closing the report as invalid. Please update to 9.04
(from thereon the buttons should not disappear anymore since we applied
the changes to KDE directly).
