KPart shows a strange menu after first rightclick

The issue was fixed in 4.3.1 but I still can reproduce in a fully
updated karmic installation. Apparently the patch for this one didn't do
in time for the final 4.3.1 packages. Weird thing is that packages in
other distros seem to have included the fix.
