[Bug 422363] [NEW] [jaunty] upgrade to kde 4.3 does not retain panel settings

Not sure exactly which KDE package to report this against.

When I upgraded from Jaunty to Karmic today (2009-08-31), my KDE panel
settings were lost... upon login to KDE the panel was reset to defaults.

I had to re-create my panel and all was good.
