This nomodeset "workaround" dont solve the problem. It just hide it a little.
Yes, when the X start there are no more flickering, but, if you lift you will see your screen flickering again.

So, I think it need a high importance here, cause lot of MSI users will
be affected.

MSI Wind U123 here with an updated beta.
