[Bug 461068] [NEW] [karmic] apport-kde reports bug for wrong package

Public bug reported:

This bug was reported from Karbon but Apport (from the Report Bug menu
item) decided that it is supposed to report it against kdelibs. The same
seem to happen when I try to report a bug from any other package.
