[Bug 460443] [NEW] desktop settings - installed themes - can not remove them

Kubuntu Karmic Koala 9.10 rc AMD64

It may simply be an non obvious method for removing plasma themes but
doing so from the "new themes" panel and uninstalling those listed as
installed does not work.
