[Bug 460310] [NEW] adept_manager crashes when no network connection is found

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

Adept manager crashes with a signal 11 (SIGSEGV) when running without a network connection. I've started both adept_manager for normal package upgrades and distribution updates (--dist-upgrade-devel-lts). It happens on both occasions.
A warning message would be better then a crash of the application to tell you the network connection is down :)
