[Bug 458693] Re: some app icons are lost from menu

me at osiris:~$ dpkg -S kmail.png
kmail: /usr/share/icons/hicolor/22x22/apps/kmail.png

me at osiris:~$ dpkg -S konqueror.png
konqueror: /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/konqueror.png

As we can see the icons are shipped along side the apps, so the missing
icons in the menu are most likely not problems with the packages
themselfs.

Bouncing bug back to gnome-panel, since I could only do wild guessing on
what is causing the issue in particular (pixmap cache? icon theme not
falling back to hicolor?)
