[Bug 454413] Re: Konqueror ignores the 'show close button in tabs' setting

This bug is not a duplicate of bug #395301. The reporter in the latter
says that the close button matches the property setting after konqueror
is restarted. That's not the case for me, the close button remains
present regardless of restarting the application or rebooting the
computer.
