[Bug 453092] [NEW] I configure my shortcuts then they revert to standard when I switch to a tab with a text-editor in it.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

I hit Ctrl-PgDown and a dialog box says that it is ambiguous and I
should configure shortcuts from the settings menu.

So I do, changing one of the two actions with "Ctrl-PgDown" -- the one
named "Move To Bottom Of View" -- to have no shortcut instead. Then I
click Ok. I reopen the configure-shortcuts window and see that the
action still has no shortcut. Then I hit Ctrl-PgDown and it correctly
switches tabs. However, whenever I switch tabs into a tab that has a
text file in it (an editable text file, not just a read-only display of
a text file) then the next time I hit Ctrl-PgDown I get the same dialog
box again saying that the shortcut is ambiguous and I should configure
shortcuts from the settings menu. If I open the configure-shortcuts
window I see that the "Move To Bottom Of View" action is back to using
the Ctrl-PgDown shortcut!
