  * Add kubuntu_75_kate_indentation_crash_fix.diff from 4.3 branch to prevent
    kate from changing indentation modes while highlighting. Can be removed in
    KDE 4.3.3. (B.K.O #200989)
  * Add kubuntu_76_fix_doc_file_detection.diff from 4.3 branch to correct
    detection of .doc files based on mimetype, even if doc files can be plain
    text on local systems. Can be removed in KDE 4.3.3. (B.K.O. # 204139)

  * Add kubuntu_77_kglobalsettings_progagation_change.diff from 4.3 branch, as
    required for kubuntu_99_fix_kdm_settings.diff in kdebase-workspace. The
    patch can be removed in KDE 4.3.3.
  * Add kubuntu_78_kglobalsettings_memleak_and_crash.diff from 4.3 branch, to
    fix a memory leak and crash in KGlobalSettings. Can be removed in KDE
    4.3.3
