[Bug 448792] [NEW] Kaffeine has no icon after upgrade to karmic

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kaffeine

After upgrading jaunty to karmic (I'm running Ubuntu not Kubuntu), I
find that Kaffeine loses its icon and displays as a [?] icon in the
Applications menu. I'm using the new wave theme but it seems the same
with human and human-clearlooks.

Given that I'm not running Kubuntu, could I be missing a kde-icons
package or similar?
