[Bug 447869] [NEW] video artefacts using kate

Binary package hint: kate

I don't know if it is a kate problem or if it is xorg related, but I
experience this problem usually when I use kate to edit files.

As you can see in the img attached I see always this kind of artifacts
and in order to "fix" is to move the window or to scroll it until it is
visible.
