[Bug 445622] [NEW] open document without respecting file association

Binary package hint: kdepim

I've an email, with attatched .doc files. When clicking on them, kmail
ask me to open it in kate, whereas in file association, .doc files are
configured to be open with openoffice (no other entry in the config) ...
