Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

When trying to install or upgrade with kpackagekit I was told that it was not possible to set the administrative lock. Tried to reboot, but that didn't change the problem.
I found a sollution on the Internet (doing sudo dpkg --configure -a). Now kpackagekit seemed to work, but this error came when installing rsnapshot. Trying to install with apt-get tells me that it is installed...
