[Bug 490190] [NEW] KDE 4.3.3 Kmail Composer Identity line missing

In KDE 3.5.10 Kmail Composer I could change the "From:" of a message by
changing the Identity line.  In KDE 4.3.3, the Identity line is missing.
I don't always want to send from the default account.
