[Bug 486551] [NEW] kde dual trash paths don't sync

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

Affects KDE 4.3.2; Kubuntu 9.10

Trash is located in two locations:
- Trash:/
- ~/.local/share/Trash/files

The Trash:/ path doesn't naturally point to ~/.local/share/Trash/files

Problems:
- when trash is emptied, only trash in one path will empty - possible not the path where deleted files was sent to. 
As such the files may not be deleted from trash in the true path
- the trash can may appear full when it is infact, empty in the true trash path (and visa versa)
- drag/drop will not work for files being placed in one of the trash directories (possibly unrelated, but still a problem)

I know the symptoms are reported elsewhere, but there appears to be a
mismatch between paths here that needs rectification.
