Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

When I added the imap mail server my ISP uses, kmail created a second
entry under the folder list labeled as "~". It generated errors when I
checked mail. When I deleted the extra folder labeled as "~", it deleted
all of my folders and all of my mail from the imap server.
