Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdevelop
Attempting to open the kdevelop handbook from the kdevelop Help menu produces the error:
the file or folder help:/kdevelop/index.html does not exist
It seems like some documentation package that should be installed along
with kdevelop is being omitted when kdevelop is installed.
