[Bug 482795] [NEW] No window decorations when compositing disabled

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Dear ones,

As soon as I disable compositing the window decorations and the plasma
bar get all screwed up. I will provide a screen shot.

With compositing everything seems alright and with compiz everything
seems alright also.
